Stay Away!

way overpriced. we lived here when it first opened but after it was sold by year 2 new management team is awful. they are rude, careless, and have allowed the building the fall apart. if you submit maintenance requests it takes days for a response and even longer for a solution. also the garage door constantly breaks down and many residents have had their property stolen or broken into countless times. and the mail room somehow regularly is broken into. for this rent you are better off in... the west loop.
