I've lived in this apartment for almost a year. I got a really great price for a 2BR mostly because we moved in November. It's small, however has great features such as in-unit washer and dryer, garbage disposal, ice maker, jets in the tub, etc. Everything was new, however after living there for a short time you could tell that even though it seemed nice, the quality of the cabinetry and other fixtures were bought cheaply and installed poorly. Almost every appliance has broken at some point or... another and a lot of fixtures (door handles, blinds, TP holder) have simply fallen off or broken. Some good points though: Not too far from Howard El, the neighborhood has a lot of families, close to Jewel & Clark St., etc. Read More
