This great one bedroom apartment, in a 2 flat. It has it's own deck in addition to the shared patio, lots of windows and light. The apartment is located on a quite tree lined street here in a great Old Town location. Quit, but close to the North Ave... and Wells street restaurants and bars. The yard has a landscaped patio area with a grill which is available for your use.

There is also plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. If you don't have a car, there are Zip cars in the area as well as car rentals very nearby. I may have a space coming available under the coach house in the rear is a garage, which would be $160 per month.
