This location is owned by Smith Village and is for low income seniors. They increase the rent each year, not caring that social security hasn't increased. They do not re-evaluate whether the senior can afford the rent increase. It would be nice if they kept up the facility like they do the Smith Village "big house".

The tenents are afraid to complain for fear they will be pushed out.
