I have been trapped in my apartment since yesterday because both of the elevators are not working - there has been zero communication from the property management. Only one elevator was working for weeks and now there are none. If you need elevators for health reasons - do not ever move here! Some of the front door staff make you feel uncomfortable asking for anything, one was sitting up there with her shoes off! They frequently walk the hallways talking to their friends on the phone.... There has been a shooting in this building - no communication from property staff. All my work clothes have been destroyed in the washing machines, they look like they were tie dyed now. And that is when you can actually find one, be prepared to fight to try to do one load of laundry.

Great location and friendly staff
This apartment complex is great if you want to live in a walkable area. The apartment amenities are reasonable provided the location and price. The staff are also helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are always completed within a few hours, and the management team and door staff are polite and responsive.

Do Not Live Here
Terrible place to live. I would not recommend living here to anyone. The elevators are terrible and usually do not work. The door staff is constantly rude and super unprofessional. You feel guilty asking the door staff to help with anything because they make it seem like you are inconveniencing their life so much. Not to mention, the worst heat/AC situation I could ever imagine living in. The AC does not turn on until mid May - June, so this means you get to spend all of April/May sweating... in your own apartment because it is 80 degrees. There are also only 7 or 8 washer/dryers for the entire building, so good luck trying to find a time where there are multiple open, especially on a weekend.
