What I wish residents told me prior to move in: 1. Elevators are old and very slow, consistently break down 2. Front door staff does not follow protocol and are frankly rude and lazy 3. Property management does not care about resident experience 4. Pool is for partying and drinking on a weekend, not for relaxation 5. Gym sucks 6. Units fall apart 7. Plumbing is a joke 8. Heat is too hot in winter and not cold enough in spring/summer

Terrible Building
Elevators are always broken (at most 2 of 3 are active, 1 being a very old and very very slow service elevator). People always getting stuck in elevators. Apartments get hot in winter since the building is either in heat mode or cool mode. I've had my unit up to 80 deg at some point, even with my heat off in the unit (no way to cool down in heat mode besides window cracking). Walls are very thin, so you constantly hear your neighbors. Building always threatens to shut down weight room due to... weights dropping. High fee for laundry. Appliances are old, issues with dish washer working. Long story short: great location, terrible building. The rent is extremely high in general, but especially for the quality of the building.

Hope to stay here a few years more!
Living in the Gold Coast was an important factor as I work just a few blocks from here. There is a pool on the roof deck which I love to hang out and get a tan after work in the summer. We just had a really fun pool party PPM put on for FREE for all residents. The people are really friendly here and you really get this feeling of safety with a 24 hour doorman. I really do love living here and hope to stay here a few years more!

Amazing place!
It is such an improvement from my roommate and I's last place. The staff is so friendly and accomidating, the maintenance is helpful and always available. The view from our window is beautiful each night and the space we have is incredible as well as the vast closet space! The area is wonderful for exploring and going out at night. Can't picturing living anywhere else

This place is awesome!
It had everything my roommate and I could possibly need to live a great life here. It's just far enough away from the city and is surrounded by beautiful buildings! The leasing staff was beyond helpful when we first toured. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else
