These apartments are nasty!! Management only cares about getting their monthly check. I wish I could unsee some of the things I saw in the short time I was there. Neighbors smoking weed, drug deals in the parking lot, random people showing up and jumping the fence to use the pool, just to name a few. Way over priced for what you get. They will stick it to you if you need a short term lease and forget about getting your security deposit back!! 3 months after requesting the patio door be fixed it... still hasn’t happened. When I discovered mold growing in my closet it took 5 phone calls and finally a visit to the off site office to get some type of reaction. They haven't done anything to clean up the mold that is inside the walls only the visible mold on the outside of the walls... Not only am I dealing with mold but we have an ant problem (that they know about) and they have not sprayed for bugs. 6 months before my lease was do to renew they sent me a letter telling me that if I didn't renew it with in 72... hours that my rent would go up by $150.00! To top it all off, my electrical outlets through out my apartment don't work completely. 1/2 of them don't even hold plugs. If you try and plug something in, the plug will just fall out. I have filed 3 work orders to get it fixed but they send someone out and say they can't fix it and I should file another ticket!! Read More
