Huge amounts of mold in the hvac closet concerns dismissed they said it was old mold so it wasn't a problem and waited a whole month before starting any remidation.

The Farmstead apartment community is well maintained. The apartment homes are nicely appointed and large. However, the current management team are demeaning, arrogant and self-important. The management has made the community a hostile environment.. Any concerns brought to the management’s attention is met with accusations, belittlement, and rudeness. Based solely on my experience only, I would suggest looking for alternative housing..
