The community with people is phenomenal! Everyone here is friendly and super nice, it’s a great environment in that sense but with the limited resources given I wouldn’t say I’m extremely impressed. The apartment itself is nice with the new cabinets and countertops, however, there’s some changes I would make one also including not having a water dispenser in the fridge and having to constantly buy our own water. You would expect moving to a nicer apartment complex that little things like that... would be provided especially with how high you charge rent. There’s no rod in the shoe closet downstairs for coats, parking is absolutely trash especially for the people who work late and come home and can’t find a spot on top of the fact that during the summer bugs find a way to CONSTANTLY make way into our home which leads my husband and I to think our windows aren’t properly sealed. They invade our home and it’s actually disgusting, the spraying doesn’t help at all we still find them regardless. Overall it’s alright I’m not impressed but I’m not fully dissatisfied. Read More

Moving here to the edge on state has been the most positive experience I’ve ever had with moving. I moved across the country and staff was so warm, welcoming and willing to help me. Moving her side on scene was very scary, but the staff made my transition very painless. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure that I was welcome.
