I LOVE it here! It's so peaceful and quiet. There's nobody above or below me, and I don't hear a thing from my neighbors. It's a beautiful, pet-friendly community in the heart of nampa. Close enough to anything I could possibly need, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The units are brand new and in beautiful condition, and the perfect size for my pup and I. Could not be happier!

Nice quiet place although it is next to the college it is really quiet. Management is on top of anything that they can do to help your quality of life. Maintenance actually fixes issues when you submit a work order.
