Common areas feature leather furnishings, quality wood finishes, and natural quartz surfaces. Hallways curve with coordinated lighting, textured wall coverings, and warm wood tones, creating a refined feel similar to a luxury hotel.

Inside the unit, soaring ceilings, large windows, and modern fixtures stand out. Warm tones and lighting create a calm atmosphere, and the units are quiet and serene.

Each residence includes smart locks, thermostats, fiber internet, large front loading washers and dryers, and a kitchen island with generous storage that also serves as a casual breakfast bar.

The Boardwalk Apartments are such a great place to live. The views are beautiful, and being right in front of the Greenbelt and river is honestly one of the best parts. It’s perfect for walks, bike rides, or just enjoying being outdoors. Super peaceful, surrounded by nature, and still close to everything Boise has to offer.

I have lived all over the country while traveling for different technology careers, and this is my favorite home. Carmen, Eddie, and Savanah, the managers, are wonderful to start; the units are huge, and the amenities are extraordinary.

The Boardwalk Apartment Homes are seriously impressive. The whole place feels so high-end, and the location right on the river makes it even better. The studios are unlike anything else I’ve seen in the valley—spacious, modern, and just really well-designed. Just don’t do it. It’s not even true luxury for the price point. They also charge tenants for power to the common areas of the building.
