It's nice but... no laundry & no free parking
Parklane Mngmt Co is not the best but thankfully not the worst either. This building is the iconic Idanha building in downtown Boise Idaho. It looks like a castle and the insides are bright, well-lit and roomy although every apartment is different in size and shape. #508 is huge with a good sized kitchen and front room, giant bedroom, NO CLOSET! Well there is one but it's smaller than a standup shower. :-( The AC works, the windows are huge and able to open still and the view from the 5th floor... is awesome. No W/D in units, only 4 machines for the whole building located in the basement. No additional storage for bikes and NO FREE PARKING! Also no free cable or internet.
