Holly has been making great improvements on the property. Apartments are one of the most affordable in the area. Great community.

They've been through multiple maintenance employees in a year. Requests are going unacknowledged. They're lying about completing requests (I have proof). There's a tenet whose cats have urinated enough in their apartment that the smell seeps into the hallway. The windows all leak air like a funnel.
They change management every year or so.
On a positive note, they replaced the roof on all three buildings and did a minor parking lot resurfacing.
I won't be renewing the lease.

We lived here for a few years. Reasonable rent and good location. In general the property was messy and trash was always over-flowing. Between missing packages, pool out of order for a year, and the constant smell of weed we were ready for a move. We were not impressed with the change of management, new manager is a bit rude.

Nice apartment complex, conveniently located near the Jordan Creek shopping area. Recently under new management. I have lived here for 11 years and have endured many changes of ownership and management. The current Manager is one of the very best, without question. She is conscientious, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing and eager to assist you with any issue you might have a question about. The maintenance staff is also top-notch. Very efficient, friendly, and thorough any... time I have needed something repaired or replaced.
