Hello this is a review about Alice Patricia Apartments. It is a beautiful place to live with a wonderful staff that works great with you on getting things done in a Timely manner. They are always good at messaging you back after any maintenance request are put in and follow ups . Great place to live!!!

This parking lot is very unsafe. No matter where you park you can be a victim. Twice my vehicle has been hit and ran. First my bumper which was $600 now my back end and they left behind a piece of the chrome behind. That is $1200 to fix. They have cameras and I parked right in front of the camera.from 10 pm til 7am. They won't even look at the camera. Because it's too inconvenient. I told them what resident it was still no help. This is a very dangerous place to be. Becareful. All they say is... your insurance will pay. Well. I have a $500 deductible so I'm paying to fix my car I didn't break. And all it takes is a very lazy company to look at their cameras I'm so disguted in the lack of professionalism.She told me to have the resident I visit to rent another garage so i can park in it when I visit. Seriously? I no more posted my review and I received a call asking me to remove it because it makes her look bad. But she said she would try to view it. It was tedious work and she was busy but she would try. I told her the color of the vehicle the apt the person lived in the paint is literally all over my car. Evidence. The camera saw who moved in out of that space. How many cars you think parked there from 10pm til 7.30 am....unless they are running drugs there not many . I dont believe she even looked at all. One week I waited for the plates that were so obvious to obtain. And she tried to say she couldn't see there were too many ppl. Really. Lie to someone else. But now she sent out a letter stating guests need to park by the garages. Why? So no one else has her getting paid to look at crimes on her cameras. Take them down if they are just for show. This is an awful place. With far to many disrespectful people. I wouldn't live here for nothing. There are far to many better options to chose from. Read More
