I find the place really enjoyable except it’s hard to talk with some of the office staff at times because they are kind of rude. Overall, it’s a very clean, tidy, and welcoming environment where I have made friends with neighbors.

The Hive is an extremely well kept apartment and everyone is very kind. I’ve had no issues in my apartment and all of the amenities are amazing!

It's okay. Not super happy with their customer support. Especially the way they don't admit to their mistakes then make *you* pay to have them fixed.

The hive is a great place to live. It is super safe and the management is great and will work to making sure any problems you have are solved.

I have had a wonderful time at The Hive. The staff is incredible and plans amazing events that make it easy to feel welcome and fulfilled. I would recommend The Hive to every incoming University of Iowa student.
