Great place to live. Within walking distance to all the East Village has to offer, downtown Farmers Market, and Wells Fargo Arena. Community events every Wednesday night with food and friends.

I've really enjoyed living at Verve! The amenities are very nice and I love how close I am to so many things to do. The staff is friendly and maintenance request are dealt with promptly.

Since the beginning of looking into Verve the staff has been amazing. I have never been in a place that genuinely cares about the people who live in their building. Always events going on and very professional when issues or questions arise. Would highly recommend

I love living at Verve! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help with anything. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and the amenities are top notch! Also, they do great weekly events where we get to eat free food and mingle with neighbors! What's not to love?!

Verve has been an awesome place to live. We love that it's very dog friendly with quite a bit of green space and is located right next to the river with miles and miles of walking trails! Building is very clean, friendly staff, well decorated, and updated.
