Bare minimum...sometimes
It was affordable when I first moved in but rent kept increasing without the quality of the unit increasing, so it quickly became less worth the sacrifice of in unit laundry and a dishwasher. Maintenance is good about half the time, if you need emergency maintenance forget about it. Units are a little gross but again, when they were cheaper it was worth the sacrifice. I gave up living alone and made moved somewhere with a roommate just so I could live in a better unit.
