Moving in was easy, my unit was very clean, and individuals are very easy to work with regarding requests for maintenance. Amenities also appear to be well managed!

My experience living at Steinbeck was positive because it came furnished and has a good price. The gym went uncleaned for a few months and the tanning was closed for most of my time here, but otherwise useful amenities. I’m a fan of the price and location.

I still love living Here. Quiet neighbors. I get notices quickly. Maintence problems get fixed quickly. Emails come frequely about everything.

The faculty is not very helpful but the maintenance men are great! I wouldn’t choose to live here again knowing there are other places with lower rent and better management
