I love living with Haverkamp. They have a variety of properties to live at. I also really value that they provide a free Ames Fitness Center membership. It was one of my top criteria that led me to Haverkamp (among many other wonderful things). Maintenance is wonderful, and the staff has always been extremely helpful.

I was pleased with the kindness and smoothness of going to pick up my keys. The unit is nice even though there was a misunderstanding/clarity of the unit I was getting but nonetheless I'm grateful for the process that was speedy and with ease.

Office staff is super nice and they try to accommodate their residents as much as possible. Work orders get done within 3 days or they communicate otherwise.

I have enjoyed living here and I like the point system!
My location is perfect for me I can be very close to things such as Walmart Target and restaurants while still not being in the midst of everything! I love the jewel area! I have loved being able to go on walks in the neighborhood and have it feel like I'm walking in a family neighborhood! The building is usually pretty quiet and calm!
My biggest issues with the apartment right now is that parking spots have become very limited this year!
