Was supposed to be a high end vacation rental, but family emergency requires me to be a full time caregiver now. Everything was redone, and it's outfitted... with beautiful mid century modern furniture art and accessories. Fully equipped gourmet galley kitchen, with lots of appliances you can really enjoy cooking here. There is a huge 4' wide x 6' high antique pantry and a shelving unit with all the everyday appliances you need. The 10' high ceilings and large 12' x 5' entry hall give this condo a spacious welcoming ambience. Full 4 piece bath with luxurious 12" rainfall shower, vessel sink and vanity with storage. There is a small desk/vanity work station and we have super fast fiber optic WIFI. A 43" Roku Smart flat screen is set up with Spectrum has literally hundreds of viewing choices. All utilities included! Tenants must take their rubbish to the to the bins at the front of the building. Free parking in our privately owned lot 2 car max per unit. Rent can be payed to Paypal or by monthly check. Tenants must abide by Orchid Manor house rules, no smoking anywhere in or near the building, however okay at a small area set in front of the ocean off the parking lot and chairs from pool area can be borrowed. Quiet building with 90% owner occupied units. Perfect for a busy professional, retirees, or a couple of any age. Option to renew at 6 months is at the discretion of owner. To vacate 45 day notice and the security deposit allows for a $200 exit cleaning fee. Tenant must have renters insurance policy(approx $80pm).
