I have been in Arbor Bend for about a year and a half and have never had any issues. The grounds and complex are kept up regularly and we are given plenty of notification of when things are going to be taking place. The location is surprisingly quiet given it is close to the fire station and train tracks. Hannah (in the office) has always been very polite and prompt in answering any questions or concerns. I’m glad I chose Arbor Bend apartments! ??

My family and I have been here now for 6 months. We have found the neighbors to be very nice and helpful. The management(Hannah)is always available for any and all requests that may come up

I have lived in the Arbor Bend apartments for 4+ years now. I have a beautiful three bedroom, large open floor plan apartment with upgraded flooring. I know a lot of the newer apartments are being renovated with newer an updated appliances and fixtures. The new management just had brand new toilets installed and showerheads which was a nice upgrade. The filters are changed out 3 to 4 times a year by maintenance and anytime I have had to put in maintenance for anything John the maintenance... manager is here generally the day of. Hannah in the office is great at responding to any questions or concerns she’s been trying to put together a little events to get the community involved hopefully that will pick up as Covid goes away. Since I’ve lived here they put in new roofs, taken down bother some trees, installed multiple pine straw and bark around the entire property. Lawn maintenance comes once a week and keeps everything looking nice. The only drawback I would say is it is an apartment complex so you’re not always certain who you’re surrounded by but I have not encountered any issues with my neighbors. The other drawback is the gate system does not work regularly and pulling out onto industrial Boulevard at certain hours can be very bothersome with the backed up traffic. But I would recommend Arbor Bend to anyone looking for a great complex with no problems and I believe they’re the best value in town. Read More

My first initial experience at Arbor Bend has been overall Sensational and a smooth process. Jassmine is the most reliable, compassionate and skilled professional manager I have met in a long time. She is extremely personable and welcomes you with a smile anytime you see her. An uplifting spirit. She always keeps the apartment grounds safe and neat with no extra unnecessary problems like most places and apartments in the Georgia area. Mr. John is also remarkable and truly helpful and genuine... and keeps the apartment grounds in superb shape! And I appreciate them both.
