The Local Sugar Hill is a great place to live. The community is well maintained, welcoming, and extremely convenient to downtown Sugar Hill. Everything you need is just seconds away. The staff truly makes the difference. Abigail, Veronica and Micheleen are friendly, professional, and always helpful. They go above and beyond to support residents.
Highly recommend living here!

I can honestly say that this place has not disappointed me. The staff, including Abigail, Lola, Micheleen, and Veronica have always been kind and professional. All of my issues have always been dealt with in a timely manner. On top of that I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors.

This property is beautifully maintained, you can truly tell how much care goes into keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming. The grounds and amenities are always well kept, which makes such a difference day to day. The leasing staff is amazing and so friendly, especially Abigail! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about residents and prospects alike. Highly recommend this community!
