Great team here
Best thing about this place is the maintenance team, I had the pleasure of getting kalon to help fix my washer and he did an amazing job! He was very respectful, made sure to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it, and cleaned up so well afterwards! Thank you to a great team for responding quickly when issues arise!

Smooth move-in process

Gibson at Flowery Branch is a standout!
After touring eight of the top apartment complexes in the surrounding area, Gibson was the clear winner. It’s a quiet, tidy, and welcoming community that immediately felt like home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is genuinely friendly. The staff is incredibly professional and helpful—Gina, in particular, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit and made my move-in process completely seamless. I’m so glad I chose Gibson!
