This place seriously needs to step up how they inspect and get apartments ready.

When I came for the tour, you could already see things that weren’t finished right, but I trusted they would fix it before move-in. They didn’t.

Since I signed my lease, it’s been one thing after another — repairs that should’ve been taken care of before I even got my keys.

Maintenance orders get rushed through and a lotta times the same problem keeps coming back, until finally someone takes the time to fix it... right.

I would like to say, I had the best experience from start to the actual move-in with the Leasing Agent Adrianne at the Wesley
Providence Apartments. I started off in Stockbridge area with the most incompetent leasing agents ever known and landed in
the Lithonia area. Adrianne assured me that the process would go smoothly and she did not disappoint. I can say I truly love it here.
I would advise them that Adrianne goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy. If I have any issues ,... she addresses them.
Adrianne alone gets my five stars and the Leasing Manager, Mrs. King is awesome as well, she constantly checks to ensure that everyone entering are being serviced , Great Job Wesley Providence!

Let me start by saying I was happy to move into Wesley Providence.. It is convenient to my place of employment, and close to local shopping and entertainment. I have had to contact the staff on a few occasions to have a few concerns addressed.Whenever I call the Leasing office and get this one particular agent its not a good thing.Aisha is extremely rude and nasty over the phone. She has been resigned to be my leasing agent because my previous agent is no longer there. I would never do business... with anyone who treats people the way she does. I understand all too well, customer service is not an easy job, "however" to just be downright rude and nasty to the people who keep you employed is insane. My lease it up in November, I will not renew it if this is the person I am to deal with... Whats really funny is the fact I was in the office today and on my way out I passed right by her and I had never even seen her , just phone conversations. Wesley Providence apartments in Lithonia are a hidden jewel. The location is right near the interstate 20 and directly behind Stonecrest mall. We are close to everything! There really isn't any mall traffic because the complex is nestled behind the main street. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is always manicured. Some people neglect to pick up after their pets, but it's not a major offense. The pool area is amazing, it looks like a resort pool. I am a single lady and I have always... felt safe in the complex.
