I have lived in Argos Apartments for over 2 years now. It is the best, most well maintained, and efficiently managed property I have ever had the pleasure to reside in. All shared residential spaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly, including the gym and pool area. Maintenance is incredibly on top of their work orders, completing them within 24-48hrs depending on priority. This past Christmas they even showed up same day, literally the day after Christmas. Most people would still be on... holiday.
The staff and neighbors alike create a welcoming and safe environment. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. If you’re looking to connect with people, there’s some kind of event or activity almost every month. I also enjoy the rotation of occasional food trucks that come through.
I also love that Argos is overseen by Wesley Apartment Homes, an Atlanta local and family owned apartment management company that has been around for over 25 years. This is important to me because I believe it creates a stronger sense of pride and care throughout their properties, as opposed to being owned and ran by a huge conglomerate.
I never thought I’d fall in love with an apartment or its people, but I truly can’t imagine living anywhere else. Argos is the best apartment complex in all of ATL. I hope this has helped if you’re thinking about moving here, because you really should!

Exceed Expectations!
Management here is fantastic!!! Jerrin is a fantastic help. Maintenance is diligent and addressed all concerns and even follow up to make sure everything is working as expected.
I love the apartment building itself. My layout feels spacious, and the location is right next to the beltline and walkable to local restaurants. We are very happy with our decision to move here :D

Convenience and Hospitality
The location is prime for all things Atlanta beltline. Safely lock your bike and the property management and security takes care of it all. Happy to be in Atlanta and at a safe and secure convenient walking property.

Great Complex
I've lived at the Argos for almost 2 years - and overall have had a really positive experience. The management in the office is great, Jerrin is always on top of anything needed, is knowledgeable and always welcoming. It's been great having a team in the office that has been here for a long time, they've helped with requests to make the community or my experience better.
The complex is clean, safe feeling and very quiet on a whole. I toured every complex in the area and the Argos offers a... beautiful new space in a great location.
My only complaint would be that the complexes floors/walls are thin, so it's very easy to hear neighbors (conversations and all movements) on the floor above - more so than the three other complexes I have lived in. While living here, as expected at any apartment complex, renewal rates increased by an amount each time and the community fee has increased minimally once while living here.
