No amenities & maintenance never comes
definitely dont move here for the amenities. the gym is almost never unlocked (an “issue@ they’ve been “trying to resolve” for months), most of the washers are flooded with dirty water, the pet spa has also been flooded with dirty water with the fix being opening the window and placing an air freshener in there since it reeks. the business center is also never open so don't rely on them to print things off. it took maintenance 5 weeks to respond to my requests and they only fixed 1/6. i also had... to call to even have them send anyone over.

it’s okay, but you can find better in the area
First off this complex is huge. 41 buildings! Quiet area, amenities are trash. The renovated the gym which is nice. Only one trash compactor and it fills up quickly. But this place has a HUGE roach problem. I mean seriously infested with roaches. No matter how much you deep clean, roaches will pop up anywhere. Kind of embarrassing when you have guests and you have to constantly check to see if a roach will come out. Expressed to management and not much was done about it. Never seen pest control... but was changed $5 a month for it. Smyrna is nice and quiet area but you can definitely find better.
