the community is okay to live in could be better and or has potential to be good, first professionalism and communication from the leasing office would be an added value at this time the leasing office hasn't met the par that it should in regards to its tenants, parking could be assisted in a better way, and the gate is open at all times with no updates on when it will be fixed or will it ever be fixed. to sum it up in one word you get what you pay for here. We have moved in but the service... request process is convoluted and we havent got the necessary services in.

Nice staff and Community
What really sets The Clara apart is the leasing and maintenance team. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Move-in was smooth, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed from day one.
The community stays well-maintained and feels safe and quiet, which is important to me.

The facilities are great. The aftercare however is horrendous. Nobody knows what they are talking about. It is a skill issue, so that I could get over. Everyone is having problems hiring staff. However, your saving grace was that there was still a level of respect so that I was able to forget and forgive. A simple call, hey did everything work out? No. But thank you for taking the time to call.
