Beware, This Place Is A SCAM
The staff of the property are liars and scammers. The experience working with them for over a month in efforts to secure an apartment was a nightmare. Intentional delays in the application process, daily avoidance from the leasing agent, no returned phone calls. An overall experience that lead to forcing us to withdraw an application then having our money kept! 45 days later and still no refunded money, no contact from management, no contact from the leasing company.

Overall, my maintenance experiences have been okay, though many with water issues, insects (especially summertime) to name a few, but they eventually get fixed.

This is a good community with fair enough space between homes , with good appliance and accessibility. little bit of improvement in response time with service work order will be great, Hope it will be done sooner. other it is great to live at Junction at vinings.
