I have lived here for 2 years our stove eyes are broken they havent fixed it since i moved in.the floor creeks really bad.In the kitchen by the sink the floor is about yo cave in. There is a crack in the molding area or under the walls and roches crawl through from the neighbors. Also the dishwasher has been broken since i moved in.we have tobreplace light bulbs EVERY month.so save your money.

I have to say I just moved in a few months ago. Love everything EXCEPT the floors. I asked to see the apt before moving in & I was told that they don't do that? I have a baby less than a year old so when he sleeps I can't get up without waking him up with the noisy floor upstairs. It feels like you're going to end up falling to the first floor. I have been living here for Four years. I found it through apt.com . I love the space of my townhome. Its so roomy. Compared to the one i left in atlanta. I have good neighbors .they are so considerate , theu always leave me a parking space. Its a quite community. And the staff is great when it comes to repairs in my home. The mangement is great. They even know there tenants names when you go to the office. I feel safe knowning that we have security on the permises and its gated. I just love... my place Read More
