I’ve lived here for a year now and I absolutely love this area and this complex. They do a lot of community events, maintenance moves fairly fast, they just did a repaint on all the buildings. Walls are a little bit thin where I can constantly hear my neighbors slamming their drawers or kids screaming. Other than that it’s pretty good. Depends on which building you live in as well each experience is different
