I had to move to Savannah without the opportunity to tour any apartments in person. The staff at the Felicity on Perry did a fantastic job of answering any of my questions, including offering to do a virtual tour for me so that I could be confident in my decision to move here. The property is clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

While The Felicity is an incredible place to live, in Savannah there are plenty of amazing communities to live in. What sets The Felicity apart is its Staff. It offers a very high level of Customer Service. A rarity in this day and time.

The Felecity on Perry is amazing! They’ve exceeded my expectations as far as amenities, the apartment building is gorgeous and I feel taken care of here. I use amenities at my leisure, they’re clean and up to date, I feel secure with the smart tech used to get in and out of the building and various rooms, I’m already recommending this place for friends that are considering moving. Do it, it’s a great choice and the staff are impeccable, very nice, knowledgeable, and are ready to help you and... make you feel at home.
