I’ve noticed the manager of this place change a few times in less than a year of being here and that I think has caused it to suffer a bit. The first one we had was really good, then some really inattentive ones after that. I’m glad the new manger is helping with the upkeep of the general outside of the building a lot more than the previous, however the front leasing office people are also not super great at responding to people, and some of them had been here for a while. I feel like I was... brushed off with any request I had for them to do something, but even when I felt it was quite reasonable. Makes it feels like they are more concerned with just signing on new people for a lease vs actually helping the people currently living here. Some who have repeatedly expressed the same concerns over and over again. Things seem to have improved for the mean time but that’s just because there is a lack of something “major” needing to be addressed right now. I know my honest comments about my experience at the Felicity since move-in in August 2024 are not what the marketing team are looking for.

Since the recent management change, this community has unfortunately gone downhill. What used to feel like a well-managed property now feels neglected and poorly maintained.

The gate is constantly broken or not functioning properly, which is both frustrating and concerning from a security standpoint. For a community that promotes safety, this is a major issue that needs immediate attention.

On top of that, the construction quality is disappointing the walls are incredibly thin, and you can... hear just about everything from neighboring units. It makes it difficult to feel comfortable or have any real privacy in your own home.

Overall, there seems to be a lack of urgency and care compared to how things were previously run. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the living experience for current residents. Read More

I have loved living at the Felicity! The management team is very responsive and is always able to assist me. The apartments are large and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. The location is perfect since it is so close to many things. Would highly recommend!

I have lived at the Felicity since September and I couldn’t be happier with the team that works here always positive, professional, kind, always gets things done in a timely manner, and they really care, Inwould recommend Amani so recommend the Felicity to everyone looking for a new place to stay! Best place I have ever lived and I look forward to being here for a while!
