This apartment complex is great for first timers on renting an apartment. As well as great service for military members. The management team does a great job on spreading word of fun activities. And the dog park is big enough for my two puppies to have fun around in.

I thoroughly enjoy living at Eventide. The units are modern and spacious with unbeatable storage capacity. The management and maintenance people are professional, friendly, and responsive. A great place to live!

Eventide has been a great place to live these past 2 months. It is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Any concerns or maintenance requests I've had have been attended to quickly and professionaly. The management staff are great.

I have been pleasantly pleased for almost 2 years leaving at Eventide Apartments. I feel safe and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like all the community activities.

My choice to move into Eventide was a good one. Not only do I have an awesome view of the water, the office and maintenance staff have been there to answer questions and fulfill work orders in a timely fashion. The grounds are kept clean and manicured and my neighbors are friendly and quiet. I also like that Eventide is conviently located to Parris Island and shopping stores.
