We are very happy with the leasing and move-in experience at Park & Pilot. Our child (SCAD student) is safer living here than at a prior 100-year old house. The staff went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Refrigerator was leaking upon move-in and maintenance was there within less than 2 hours to make the quick fix. I am so happy we made this move!

Looks are Deceiving

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. What’s marketed as a luxury community is, in reality, poorly managed and riddled with ongoing issues.

Security is unreliable (garage gates and doors frequently left open), maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and basic systems like elevators, intercoms, and amenities are consistently broken or nonfunctional. There are also unresolved safety concerns and little to no after-hours support when issues arise.

price point, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail is unacceptable. This has been a frustrating and disappointing living experience from the start. Save yourself the stress and find a property that actually delivers on what it promises.

Pilot and Park has been a blessing to our living needs. We are close to work and have great accessibility to downtown and Tybee Island. P&P is a peaceful place to live with a great community atmosphere. Often times you will see residents walking their dogs, working out in the fitness center, working downstairs and enjoying a coffee.
It’s great relaxing by the pool and grilling while enjoying a game of bags as the ships pass by going to and from the port. It’s as though Pilot and Park was...
placed in the perfect spot to experience all the great things Savannah has to offer.

The staff does a great job connecting with residents and providing community events. We have felt welcome since our first visit. Thank you Pilot and Park for a wonderful experience.

Pilot and Park has been a perfect choice for my husband and me. The location is great and feels so safe. The apartment fits us perfectly, and the hallways usually smell so good (Weird, I know. But I appreciate a good smell... I need to know how to make my apartment smell like that.) We love that there's a co-working space with a few built-in office areas for meetings or when you really need to shut off the world and focus. We love taking walks by the river, and seeing all the dogs on our walk.
