great value for the location, nice enough apartments, maintenance is fast & friendly. sound travels through the walls from other apartments & outside. amenities don't quite meet expectations compared to other buildings in town.

Great maintenance facility! Team is always available on call. Trash is regularly picked up. Lots of improvements and changes have been made which is positive.

Having an unbelievable time getting prompt responses from Park & Broad. Poor communication and not timely. We requested information and left messages. Took forever to get any kind of response.

I've enjoyed living here for the most part. Rents are expensive in Savannah. They just are. For the amenities like an on site gym, gated parking lot, in unit laundry, etc., I think the rent is reasonable. The location is excellent: easy to walk to Forstyh Park and some scad buildings. Only complaints are that amazon and delivery drivers cannot access the building so they often have to call to be let in. Also the rear magnetic locking doors have been broken for months, which is a security risk.
