10 out of 10 would live here again! Alivia went above and beyond to get my lease set up right before thanksgiving! Wanted to move in while I was off that 4-day weekend, and she made it happen! Most places would have “tried” but end up not getting it done until after the holiday. Also, apartments are very quiet! I live with someone above me, but I literally can’t tell. No thuds, no sound come in through neighboring walls!

Marion Lake has been amazing so far. Only been about a month but I feel seen and appreciated living here. Every concern I’ve ever raised has been handled swiftly and efficiently. I’ve enjoyed the representation from leasing team. They’ve all been amazing to say the least!

From the second I walked in I knew I was where I was supposed to be. The friendliness of Alivia, Alesha, and Jodi, were all so professional and went above and beyond their duties.
