The staff are great.The community is lovely. My apartment is great. My mover kept stating how much he liked my apartment. I enjoyed taco Tuesday. The tacos tasted really good. I’m sure I’m going to enjoy future events.

Just the quiet and clean space my husband and I were looking for. Wayfern has the amenities we need, and my dog enjoys walking around the building paths and meeting other neighbors!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, safe, and well-kept, and the grounds are always maintained beautifully. My apartment itself has a modern layout with plenty of natural light, and any time I’ve needed maintenance, the team has been quick, professional, and friendly.
The office staff is approachable and helpful—they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. I also appreciate the convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access... to main roads, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful.
Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.
