Just moved in 5 days ago. The application process was seamless and quick. We have been helped every step of the way from the leasing office. Our first week at Wayfern has been absolutely amazing. Parking is not too far and the amenities are great. The community is not crowded yet but will soon fill up. I am excited about our lease terms and the whole community.
My wife and I are thrilled about this property and the employees have been so helpful every step of the way.
Will update this review... after 3-6 months. I do not anticipate any changes with this fairly new community that just opened September 2025.
Excited to meet new neighbors. Only met 1 so far.

This is only my 2nd day, but I love everything so far! My view of the pool makes me feel like I'm on vacation! The apartment has so many light fixtures and let's in natural light. I love the light dimmer!

The staff are great.The community is lovely. My apartment is great. My mover kept stating how much he liked my apartment. I enjoyed taco Tuesday. The tacos tasted really good. I’m sure I’m going to enjoy future events.
