This is a great community. It's really great when you commute to work. Due to the fact of its close access to I-85 and I-75. The staff here are great. But the amenities aren't ready yet I am excited to see those..Woo Hoo!

Horrible Maintenance
Current resident here. The building is brand new so it has a lot of maintenance issues but the maintenance team is extremely irresponsible. It takes on average more than one week to get things fixed, with me following up with the leasing team regularly. And the maintenance person Marcus is super rude when a resident talks to him.

Amazing Unit and Great Professional Staff!
Moving into The Edley Apartments has truly been a fantastic decision. Coming from a place with a nice layout but lacking adequate security, I can confidently say that this move has vastly improved my living experience.
The layout here is not only modern and spacious but also thoughtfully designed, making everyday living much more comfortable. What really sets The Edley apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Jabber and Adell have gone above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and... stress-free. Their personal vibes, open attitude, and genuine professionalism truly made me feel welcomed and cared for.
Their willingness to listen and assist made all the difference, and I genuinely appreciate their efforts. I can honestly say that this is the best move I could have made, and I’m looking forward to calling The Edley Apartments my home.
Keep up the great work—your dedication to residents does not go unnoticed!
