Occasionally things don't work (gym bathroom locked, package room disorganized, co-study wifi down, Sip With Me machine broken), but the positive fix-it attitude of the management goes a long way to assuage those issues. The room we rented had extremely dusty carpet with visible clumps of hair when we moved in. We vacuumed twice right away and got a canister of dust and debris. Still, the rest of the place was very nice. We've been living here almost two weeks with minimal issues.

These apartments are okay. They are nice but cheaply built. You can hear inconsiderate neighbors in your apartment and hallways. Management is always unavailable. They don’t take concerns seriously. You get charged for things randomly.

Beautiful and safe community. Hallways do smell like smoke and weed all the time but it does not leak in my unit. The unit is beautiful and clean! The office team is so nice and they were quick to fix an issue I had at move in. The maintenance team are quick to help with any issue and they are so polite and kind. Only suggestion would be a map on how to get to different areas as it can be a bit disorienting at first and there are no signs helping us along the way. Love living at the community. Wish we knew when the pool would be open so that I can host my housewarming party lol. When I selected this particular property I thought all amenities were up and ready. I know we are waiting on the city but wish there was more concrete details.
