My overall resident experience has been mixed so far. While the leasing staff was kind and welcoming, the condition of the unit did not meet the standard I expected for a newly leased apartment.
Upon moving in, we discovered mold in the kitchen closet and signs of prior water damage behind the bathroom wall. We weren't able to address it immediately because our move-in was late in the day, but a staff member placed an emergency work order the following day, which I appreciated. However, this... type of issue ideally should have been identified prior to move-in.
Other quality concerns included styrofoam debris in the ice maker, leftover metal construction materials, and a window banister that appears to have been previously broken and repaired cosmetically.
I do want to commend the staff, especially Jabrie, for being so helpful, responsive, and proactive. Jabrie stayed on top of the process and ensured repairs were completed quickly, which helped restore my confidence in the community.

Love living here! The location is unbeatable, the amenities are well maintained, and the dog park makes it perfect for pet owners. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the community feel welcoming.

Good I love the community so far. I can’t complain about anything. Bedrooms is a little small but I can get use to it. It’s not a big deal. Also other than that everything is just fine
