Aston is a great property it lives up to its reputation! I’ve been here for many years and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The staff is amazing especially Kalsey! Nothing but great things to say about this property.

Not what it was
Front office staff is pleasant but when it comes to any issue the comment of "look at your lease agreement" is used too often and there is absolutely no flexibility or consideration. Official communication is misleading and confusing.. Costs keep going up and service keeps going down. The facility is not being maintained and looks run down and the smell of weed is a common occurrence. Moved in and had major issues with washer/dryer and oven. They agreed to fix all. Paid $400 pet fee and our... dog passed away after living there for one month but they refused to give us any money back. Walls and floors on each floor need to be cleaned! Lobby furniture needs replacement since worn and ripped. Overall - good location, smiling faces in the main office but it's a rental - you are treated as a rent roll and that's it.

Since I moved in in 2019 I have found Aston City Springs to be a marvelous home it is a wonderful chapter in my life I have met numerous good people and as long as I can still afford it I’ll stay right here. I’m a big fan of sandy springs I love the location I love the amenities I love the staff and it’s just an incredible place to be.
