I have been a resident here for 7years and the staff is always so helpful and friendly Welinton,Tabatha, and Nikki makes my house a home here at Big Creek.

My husband and I moved into this apartment complex in 2021 and have been very pleased.
The community feels safe, great location, the apartments are clean and the leasing office has been nothing but kind and helpful.
We have had our issues (apartment flooded twice) but each time it happened - maintenance was here within minutes and the problem was resolved. I’ve been in apartments since college and of course no complex is ever perfect but overall, it’s been a great experience the last year.

Do NOT stay at these apartments. They are extremely dishonest, they refused to show a breakdown for the deductions taken out of our security deposit when the apartment was left in the same condition that it was when we moved in.

There was an overage payment where they had taken out more then we owed our last month and they never refunded it, despite calling and emailing multiple times.

Worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. Save your money and find another apartment complex.

Have lived here for over five years with no issues, but I recently requested for my front door lock to be changed and I was met with resistance from the maintenance guy. Very disappointed!

It is almost July and the pool still closed. Management gives crazy excuses. Horrible place!
