Service, Service, Service!
I have been to many apartment communities on Riverdale Road, looking for my new spot, and I have to tell you that Legacy has "felt" the best. The office is quaint and welcoming, and so is the staff. Everyone said hello! I like what they have to offer - good prices, decent apartments, cool staff. I applied tonight!

Love my place at Legacy!
Since moving into my apartment home, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. From the application process to move in day, the office staff made the process effortless. 10/10 will renew again!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Maintenance never fixes your issues. You go online and request maintenance services, they send you an email but no one never comes by to fix the maintenance issue. The laundry room stays dirty and the front security gate is always broken. Raw sewage spills between buildings and roach infested. Management do not want to communicate with the tenants. Please stay away!!! This place sucks!!!

Don't Move Here!
Don't let these fake reviews fool you, this apartment complex is trash, and any bad reviews that you have read it would behoove you to believe them! This apartment is what I would call crap on earth, between the lazy, rude, argumentative management, the bad crime, ignorant and inconsiderate neighbors, the raggedy roads and oh you can't forget the wonderful roaches you get greeted with everyday, you would be better off staying far away from here. You will pay for pest control and the pest will... not be controlled. You will be putting in request for repairs and the maintenance will not show or fix anything.These apartments are uninhabitable, and need to be torn down and rebuilt, because they are literally falling apart, there are holes and lifted walls all through my apartment. Thank the lord my lease is almost up, never again.
