Currently living here. The loft itself is beautiful with the oringinal hardwood and concrete floor. Everything else is dated and builder grade material. Rent is reasonable, but high for such a small community that's 40 miles outside of Atlanta. I just want future potential tenants to be aware that this place's maintenance is a joke. Once, they advise me not to put cooked rice down the kitchen sink (which I never did), because that's why the garbage disposal stop working. OMG, what kind of bogus... excuse was it to put off proper repair or replacement of faulty appliance! There was once that took them long time (not days but weeks) to fix a broken drawer in the kitchen. I asked them to repair the bath tub either has slow leak or the drain doesn't completely sealed. They pretend it's fixed, thinking that I'm not smart to figure out that the water level drops an inch every 15 minutes! Finally, last week I put in request to have burned light bulb changed of permanent light fixture belongs to the apartment unit, which isn't tenant's responsibility. Well, they closed out my request without doing anything!
