My wife and I toured this place and it was perfect for us. The clubhouse and pool were really nice. The leasing staff were friendly and helpful. We applied the same day we toured and will be moving in next week!

They will charge you at the end of your lease for carpet replacement from “high traffic areas from bed”. I lived here for nearly 2 years- no kids or pets, no visible stains, markings or spills on the carpet and still added a charge.

So tenants should basically not have a bed on the carpet during their lease period? How can tenants avoid “traffic stains from the bed”? Should tenants be required to move their bedroom setup to avoid these stains? So basically move your furniture every month while... leasing here so it doesn’t cause “excess wear and tear”. Seriously ridiculous!

Other concerns: summer days by the pool is full of non-residents with loud music and BBQs till 11pm, the fire alarm goes off at least once a month, they do not enforce pet pickup and can be seen throughout the property, the gate and key fobs will stop working out of nowhere.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money across the street at the new complex.
