Destiny has made our experience here amazing to say the least! She has answered and meet all our needs and concerns. The area is great and quiet.

Not only is this a very quiet and safe place to live. It is maintained extremely well. The office manager is very involved and they respond very quickly to anything you may need them for. It is right beside the Emory police station and within walking distance of the Oxford trails. The staircase is the focal point of this whole apartment. I highly recommend the price is amazing.

Reasonably priced townhomes with plenty of space and a great location. Conveniently located just outside of Covington, right behind the college and close to shopping, restaurants, and other everyday essentials. The management team and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever needed. This is a nice place to live! The property manager, Destiny, is available when you need her! Maintenance comes timely!! The company overall is a great company to rent from!! I stayed at another one to their properties before moving to this area and they handled my lease transfer with ease!!

From the moment I contacted the property manager 2 years ago until the present, I have had a good experience here. I'm a country girl, so the quietness of the complex and in the surrounding areas is right along the lines of what I like and what I'm used to. The lawn is well kept, the buildings are mostly well maintained, and my (former) neighbors were nice.
