This is a well maintained neighborhood with management that is ready to serve the tenants. I would recommend it for any future tenants.

We selected these apartments for our mom who relocated to Commerce to be close to us. Great neighbors and very safe. The community is very clean and well kept. Apartments are well maintained. Management is very responsive when a maintenance order is place even if it’s a simple drip on your sink. And the manager Monique is by far the best manager anyone could ask for- she’s responsive- personable and professional! She always checked in on our mom to ensure she did not need anything when she was... in the neighborhood! Hardest part of leaving was all the good things about the community but felt like we were moving away from a family member (Monique). I enjoy being a resident! One of the things, I love about living here is how well kept the property is. They come out at least once a week!

We just moved into our first apartment and so far I am loving it. The apartment is really nice and clean and I love the flooring. Everything works and so far no issues. Our neighbors are super nice and it is a quite area
