La peor experiencia que pude vivir viviendo en estos apartamentos están infectados de ratas y chiripas los alrededores son sucios y si te quejas en la.oficina se moletan. La chica que se llama Dayana es una grosera con mala cara y te contesta mal. Y nunca saben nada le echan la culpa a la manager. Yo me mudé y tuve que limpiar el apartamento antes de mudarme y de mi depósito me cobraron la limpieza y las carpetas nuevas cuando yo las recibí usadas. Osea no te regresas deposito todo te lo... deducen . De verdad que no recomiendo para nada los apartamentos están viejos y tienen muchos detalles y cuando aplicas no te quieren mostrar el apartamento hasta que has pagado el depósito muy mal servicios los peores de norcross. Hay tantas ratas que alcanzan hasta el conducto del aire osea que es muy malo para la salud tuve que salir corriendo de hay

The whole complex is infested with rodents!!!
Be aware of this place!! Don't not lease with these people!! They will act like these apartments are nice but what they really don't tell you of how infested of rats, roaches, cats, people here drive crazy and see a whole bunch of drunks, trash everywhere! apartments isn't even clean when your move in date and you'll get your apartment not even up kept. You'll get leaking problems, tub is literally spray painted on it to look like it was "refurnished" but it isn't!!! Your doors won't even close,... vents are thicken from painting over for who knows how long!! You'll also get cabinets without knobs and super old!! Basically, everything with these apartments is all run down and maintenance sucks, don't what they're doing!! We've been over 3 months now and we're still dealing with rodents, along with everything else!! They will not move or do a thing to fix the issue but give you sticky traps and that should do it!! It's ridiculous how they charge your monthly rent and living with rats!! They will not hire an actual professional to clean out your apartment because it stinks like RATS!!! They live in your walls and vents, you hear them every night!!! They, just want to fill up their pockets up while you live in these conditions which is a health hazard!!
