god awful ownership - stay away - DO NOT MOVE HERE - it is dangerous and cheaply built mold shootings etc etc - I won't go into detail but its really bad.

Can't even get a tour
I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My partner and I had a scheduled tour this morning at 10:30 am. We stood outside the office for half an hour! No one was available at the office for us to do the tour. We called and text the numbers available to us (given by LaFrance team) and no one answered the phones or returned our messages. This morning was a complete waste of time and I am highly disappointed. Not to mention it is now 1:00pm and we STILL have not gotten a call from... anyone at the office to apologize for standing us up or to reschedule. This is unacceptable.
