The apartments are really good, management keeps they community clean and it’s pretty quite, awesome customer service, and good communication and responding skills.

Come join the community

I am a current resident at Baywood, I been here 3yrs now... My first year here was wonderful no problems whatsoever... my second year was a complete nightmare due to staff change.... Now the the Retreat at Baywood is under new management these apartments are GREAT... Diamond and another young lady that's in
the office are the absolute BEST... They want to get to know the community by throwing parties and interacting with the residents... They are understanding and very personable. Not to mention... these apartments are close to i75 and 675... Amazing eateries.... and minutes away from Tanger outlet.

Great neighborhood!

I have been staying here for the past three years & I love the neighborhood. Management has gotten better over the years & always helpful with information. Maintenance is definitely better since moving here. They stay on top of all my maintenance issues & that greatly appreciated.

Gotten Better Since Last Year

Been living here for almost a year now. It has gotten better since first moving in last year. I do feel they need better maintenance staff that know what they are doing and they could be faster with work orders. But I do have any complaints. My 3 bedroom is very spacious and I haven’t had any problems since living here.

No Good Management

This place has been one of the worst apartments I’ve stayed in. There’s only one Maintence man on site at a time. There’s only one office person. The hallway (walkways) filled with trash , outside around the buildings all trash. The front of the apartments have black stuff running down where they all need to be pressure washed but they to cheap to do so. Then there has been atleast 3 shootings in the complex. Unless this is the last stop ?? don’t move here. I can’t wait for my lease to be up in... July.
