- Be advised that they’re about 5 different #’s listed between here and on their website and they don’t answer ANY of them
- Their Application + Admin Fee is $335. With how much that is, you’d think it would look nicer than what you’re going to ACTUALLY see.
- Nothing is “renovated” other than adding stainless steel appliances. So, you’re paying for that and nothing else. It looks HORRIBLE. The pictures are a lie. You’re getting the Landlord’s Special if you know what I mean.
- Their hours... are incorrect. It says 10am-5pm but that’s not true and I cannot tell you what their real hours are because they themselves, don’t go by it.
- It’s not gated like the pictures. A gate was there at SOME POINT but it isn’t anymore.
- The playgrounds are not kid-friendly at all.
- Though it’s cold and not in use, the pool looks disgusting.
- They’re VERY unprofessional, don’t believe them when they say you’ll know wether or not you got approved in 24-72hrs. That’s a lie. They’ll barely contact you and when you try to contact them, it’s impossible.
- The area itself looks VERY sketchy. It doesn’t feel safe.
- The patios and porches are not enclosed. So, you have no sense of privacy.
- The hallway of where everyone’s doors are, reeks of cigarettes.
- On the tour, I saw dead roaches. You’d think they’d make the model apartments look presentable when touring but from the outside looking in, literally. What can you truly expect? But they do have Pest Control included in rent! but then again maybe they should take that off because it doesn’t seemed controlled at all.
- They use Snappt to verify your Bank Statements or Pay Stubs. They’re asking for 3x the rent as well. Which is insane especially for THAT area and what you’re getting. Don’t let the cheapness fool you. You’re getting exactly what you’re paying for.
- Also, the “new management” scheme is bogus. They’re horrible too and I can only imagine how the previous people were.

Long story short, don’t waste your time. It’s not worth it.

I applied here in April and still haven't received my refund. I've been to the property three times. I was told on July 6, 2022 that it would be processed and expedited to receive it in 14 days. I have called the property numerous times and sent emails to no avail. I can't find any contact information for ICER or the company that owns this property. I am very frustrated and want my refund ASAP.

My children and I have moved here at the end of March. It is their first home to themselves and they love it. Even with the renovations going on it is still quiet staff is very helpful and friendly. Going to be here for a while.

I moved into my apartment with my children at the end of March. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are remodeling the whole complex which I think is great my kids love their home and I am very grateful.

I’ve been here going on 3 years & I must say I do love it here. They are always on time when it comes to my needs. A fantastic place to call home for an all day worker. I ain’t going nowhere ??
