I regret signing a lease at Emblem Mill Road Apartments. From the beginning, it felt like a classic bait and switch. They advertise attractive amenities—like a pool and a 24-hour gym—but in reality, they’re completely unusable.
We were promised access to the pool, only to later find out they still don’t have township approval to open it. That’s an incredibly deceptive omission, especially since it was a major selling point. As for the "24-hour gym"? It’s locked after 10:00 PM because they’re... supposedly “waiting for more people” to move in before extending access. That’s not how 24/7 amenities should work.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other apartment communities that actually provide what they advertise. This place is all talk and no follow-through. Save yourself the frustration.

Please continue to utilize the state-of-the-art and brand-new equipment as needed. Regarding the resort-style pool, we understand the anticipation and appreciate your patience. The delay in opening was due to an unexpected requirement from the county, which necessitated additional planning to ensure full compliance and safety. We are now approved for opening the facility and emailed, texted and called residents with the great news! Lastly, our property management team maintains an open-door policy and is committed to providing a professional, friendly environment where all residents are welcome to express concerns or suggestions.
