I recently moved into Accent Suwanee Creek apartments and must say that amenities like the pool, gym, BBQ area, apartment balconies, and trash pickup service are amazing. Ms Rosa and her leasing office team have been wonderful to communicate with. Anytime I have questions or an inquiry, Kayla is quick to respond professionally and immediately.

As a tenant at this community, I’ve had the opportunity to be assisted by Kayla D. on several occasions, and each time has been a positive and refreshing experience. I would give zero stars if possible. Since moving into this apartment, I have felt constantly harassed and falsely accused of things that are not true. Most recently, management accused me of letting my dog urinate on the balcony at a time when I was not even home. I have proof to show I wasn’t there, yet they continue to make these claims and threaten my lease renewal.

The lack of communication from the office makes everything worse. I’ve tried to be patient and professional, but instead of... resolving issues, management seems to disregard my concerns and focus on false complaints.
